You provide us with the details of the dream Languedoc property you are looking for and we will search the market for you, via our contacts and extensive database of estate agents, in your chosen area.

This service will save you endless hours surfing the internet, attempting to translate sites that are written in French or having to limit your search to only sites written in English, limiting your chances of finding that dream property.

Services-Languedoc© will provide you with a list of 5 Languedoc properties that match your brief . Delivered in report format.

You can then take over the search process or, should you want to save yourself further time, money and effort, use our Property Appraisal service.

* The property market is constantly changing and we realise a one-off search is not an effective way to look for available properties. Our "Just Search"contract is valid for a 3 months period starting from the day the fee is paid, . Once the 3 months period is over no further searches will be carried out, regardless of how many suitable properties have been identified, unless a new payment is received.

 "PROPERTY APPRAISAL" - £199**

You want one or several of the Languedoc properties we identified for you visited on your behalf. Or you found a property carrying out your own research but do not want to commit yourself to an expensive and time consuming journey.

Services-Languedoc© will visit the property(ies) of your choice on your behalf. We will go through a set brief to ensure we answer all your questions, take all the photos necessary to ensure you obtain a realistic feel of the property. A full report will be provided highlighting any issues and giving you an honest account of the visit, from which you can decide whether to pursue your interest or not. 

** £199 for the 1st property, then £99 per property, applicable for appraisal visits booked in one order

"LOCAL AREA SEARCH "- £199

You believe you have found your Languedoc dream property but you do not know the area. Before committing yourself you want to ensure that the location will suit your needs, i.e. nearest shops, local amenities, schools, transport links etc...

Services-Languedoc©  will obtain all necessary information on your behalf.

 "PROPERTY SEARCH CONSULTANCY" - £850 retainer + fee ***

You require us to take over the full search process on your behalf

Services-Languedoc© will do the following:  "just search", "property appraisal", "local area search". In addition we will arrange for guided property visits, prepare itineraries, recommend local "notaires" (solicitors), surveyors or tradesmen, act as interpreters with local estate agents, help negotiate, organise the translation of legal paperwork. Please note that we are not legal or financial advisors and always recommend that you seek such advice.

 *** retainer fee is non refundable but deductable from final invoice if/when you purchase your property. Our minimum fee is £1750;completion fee is 2.5% of the property price . This is a tailor made service. When the purchase of your property is completed we will deduct the value of the retainer from our final invoice. Check our terms and conditions.
